COMERCIAL GODÓ, S.L., founded in 1973, started out in the world of selling chemical and household products in Igualada, right in the heart of the part of the town where the tanning companies are based, clear evidence of the company’s policy from the outset of being close to the customer in order to meet his needs.

As for the selection of products and suppliers, the company has always tried to find those which best suited the characteristics of their customers and their needs, whether in national or international markets. This has led COMERCIAL GODÓ, S.L. into signing strategic agreements at the highest level.

The quality of service which Comercial Godó, S.L. has tried to give its customers, ever since the beginning, has led to the rapid growth of its market both in geographical terms, extending from Igualada and initially the Mediterranean coast to the whole domestic market, and in functional terms, by extending operations into other sectors such as waste water treatment, textiles, metallurgy and foodstuffs, among others.

With the passing of time, during 1991 the company moved premises to the new industrial estate in Igualada, where it is still located today, with a 15,000 sq. m. site designed on the basis of nearly 20 years’ experience and taking into account all the organisational and manufacturing needs which were needed at that time, and those which had been foreseen as being necessary in the future.

This, together with the team of workers and managers who remain fully identified with the company’s initial philosophy of customer service has made COMERCIAL GODÓ, S.L. a company which enjoys high prestige in the sale of chemical products.
